Our services
We develop custom ERP software, corporate websites and business process automation for businesses. Our individual service pages describe the scope of these services.
Free discovery meeting
You can book a one-hour online discovery meeting on the Get a Quote page. This form is not a payment form or a paid order. Your project needs are assessed during the meeting.
Project-specific quotes
Rather than a product cart or a fixed price list, we prepare a tailored written quote after analysing your needs. The quote sets out the scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline, price and payment schedule. When you accept the quote, our Terms of Service and Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.
Pricing and payment
All quotes and invoices are in United States dollars (USD). Payments are accepted through a secure Stripe payment link or by bank transfer as stated in the quote. Work begins once the initial payment is received; the balance is paid according to the milestones in the quote.
Delivery and support
All services are delivered digitally; no physical products or shipping are involved. Delivery takes place through source files, access credentials or deployment to a server, with timelines stated in the quote. ERP projects can be introduced in stages, starting with priority modules. The scope of training, maintenance, support and subsequent development is defined in the project agreement.
