Privacy and Data Use
This page explains how information you share through the Bee Pixel Tech website, forms and paid services is used.
Data controller
Your information is processed by BEE PIXEL LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). For any privacy request, contact info@beepixeltech.com.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. The appointment form also collects your chosen meeting time, application type, company name if applicable, contact preference and optional project notes and sharing links. When you purchase paid services, the name, company, address and tax details needed for invoicing are also processed.
How this information is used
This information is used to assess your request, contact you, arrange your meeting, understand your project needs, perform the agreement, invoice and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Payments
Payments for paid services are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe; card numbers and security codes are not stored on our servers. Stripe processes data under its own privacy policy for payment processing and fraud prevention. Do not enter card numbers, security codes, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information into our contact or booking forms.
Infrastructure and technical services
Form submissions are stored in the database on our Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only to authorized accounts in the administration panel. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; these requests send connection information, such as your IP address, to that provider. These providers may process data in various countries, including the United States.
Language preference and cookies
The homepage language is selected using the country code supplied by Cloudflare; we do not request precise location permission from your browser. When you choose a language, the site_language cookie remembers it for one year. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete the cookie in your browser settings.
Sharing links
File links you share may belong to external services, whose access permissions and privacy rules apply separately.
Retention
Form and appointment records are kept for the duration of your request and any resulting business relationship. Contract, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as legal retention obligations require. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
To request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to its processing, email info@beepixeltech.com or use our contact page. Identify the relevant appointment or message; identity verification may be necessary. Any additional rights under the laws of your country of residence are preserved.
